We are currently seeking a Plumbing Drain Sales Technician to join our outstanding team at Love!

 

Main objectives:

  • listen to needs and objectives of the customer
  • Find solutions that fit into customers' budget 
  • Provide options and information so customer is informed
  • Achieve sales goals and expectations set by your manager
  • Build relationships with customers so that they call us again
  • Get positive reviews for your work

General Duties:

  • Clear drains and camera main sewer lines
  • Provide repair and replace options for customer
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable 
  • Maintain a clean organized truck and properly care for all equipment
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
  • Follow up with customer after job is complete


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of local codes and ability to make on the job applications
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Clean, safe driving record
  • Organized, with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections
  • Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
  • Positive attitude everyday

Any other duties, tasks assigned by the Service Manager. In general, whatever it takes to work with the team to make revenue and service goals.

Compensation: We pay an hourly rate based on your experience plus spiffs and commissions.
