Part-time Architect (retired architects encouraged to apply)

OUR MISSION:  is to be Employee Centric and Client Obsessed

Magellan Architects is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join our crew. We have positions available at our three locations: Redmond, WA, Fountain Valley, CA and Dallas, TX.

We would love to meet you if:

Are you bored at home, driving your spouse crazy with “too much” free time, and looking for part-time excitement in the architectural field? We would like to meet you…

  • If you are familiar with drafting on a drafting table using a T Square
  • If you are looking for disposable or complimentary income for your retirement
  • If you don’t want to dip into your 401K
  • If you would like a flexible schedule with flexible hours
  • If you want to have more time off and less time on the job (Do you want to see the world, join a golf tournament, and tackle that “honey to-do” list? Not a problem. You make your own schedule!)
  • If you want to dictate your own time off
  • If you are passionate about resolving challenges on a variety of project types
  • If you enjoy networking and making introductions that will help grow our business
  • If you want to share your knowledge with the younger generation who is desperate for mentorship
  • If you love building relationships with clients and peers while connecting those around you to build a strong network of peers

Magellan is committed to bringing the seasoned, senior level talent into the team to share their knowledge with the younger generation. Come along for this crazy ride. It will be a rewarding adventure.

You will assist project managers to maintain multiple clients and projects in a timely and efficient manner. This will require clear, effective, and open communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive to see results.
