Frasier's Plumbing & Heating, Inc., is looking for a top-quality person to join our Plumbing Service team! This position is for Licensed Master Plumbers who enjoy residential service.

The Big Task

You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Sub Tasks

• Good knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on the job applications
• Have and maintain a clean, safe driving record
• Join the on-call rotation
• Organized, with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and install teams
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
• Positive attitude everyday

Desired Skills and Experience

Being a Wisconsin licensed Master or Journeyman Plumber is preferred.
