We are expanding our operations in Europe and we are seeking an experienced Business Consultant (Relationship Manager) with established connections in the Finished Vehicle Logistics space.
Job Requirements
- Proven relationships in the outbound finished vehicle logistics market that would open doors and provide global connections to expand the business.
- Current or previous experience at an automotive OEM is preferred. 10 - 15+ years of experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the operational and regulatory environment for finished vehicle transportation within the European Union.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, presentation, and planning skills.
- Applying judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across the organization.
- Fluent in German & English. Proficiency in French highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C level.
- Bachelor degree or higher with proven experience in FVL.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the business in the European market through existing relationships.
- Lead sales growth by identifying, qualifying and securing key business opportunities with OEMs in Europe and globally.
- Ability to mentor and train others.
- Have the ability to present to C suite our capabilities.
- Help identify and recruit talented individuals to support the Company’s growth objectives.
- Work with the Company’s senior management and technical teams to insure solutions and services are tailored to the unique needs of the European industry.
- Will to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Europe.
- We are open to location as you will be working from your home with expectations that you are traveling.
