Job Description: 

This position will perform a wide variety of tasks both manual and operating equipment.

  • Perform manual labor including shoveling and raking, bending, hand work, etc.
  • Move equipment to/from job sites
  • May operate heavy equipment such as loader, backhoe, skid loader, roller, etc.
  • Day shift including overtime; some projects may require night/overnight work
  • Monday to Saturday schedule with occasional Sundays as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with insurable driving record
  • Able to work day and/or overnight depending on project
  • Able to work 6 days each week including weekends
  • Stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
  • Walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 

Work Environment:

  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles such as dust, dirt, fumes, etc.
  • Ability to work in an external environment and under many weather conditions such as frigid cold, heat and humidity, exposure to vibration and or/loud noise
  • Will be exposed to working in and around heavy equipment in motion, must be continuously alert to the equipment operators and laborers moving in and around job site
