ADF International has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Overhead Crane Operator C ($16.35 starting with training provided). Night Shift :Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am

ADF is an AISC certified company that fabricates and assists in the fabrication of beams, columns, trusses etc...for Industrial and Commercial complexes to include: Mercedes Benz Stadium (Atlanta Falcons), Salt Lake City Airport's new terminal, One World trade center and currently assisting in the fabrication of the new Las Vegas Raiders stadium.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Relevant prior experience operating overhead cranes and hoisting gears.  
• Awareness and attention to safety.
• Hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes.
• Good judgment to estimate load weights/heights; safely and adequately operate the overhead crane within the equipment’s load/tolerance limits, specific requirements and principal features.
• Must have the ability to speak English fluently.
• Setting up and safely and adequately operate various types of remote-controlled lifting devices and accessories used in the plant, such as overhead cranes, hoisting devices/gears for slinging, rigging, lifting and moving of material and steel pieces/components of various shapes and weights.
• Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities to prevent overload.
• Know and follow each device’s load/tolerance limits, specific requirements and principal features.  
• Secure loads to trailer using chains, binders or straps.
• Inspect all equipment/devices and lifting accessories (for cracks, bends or other deformities) before use to prevent malfunctions or damage and to make sure they are in good order and condition at all times.
