Job Description

We work for a home improvement company in need of enthusiastic and motivated people to represent our products and services in a major retail store. We currently have openings for a Lead Generator Specialist in our Akron, Canton, and Massillon locations. Qualified applicants will possess the following skills: 1 year working with customers in a retail store environment, great oral and written communication skills, great attitude, and high energy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • keep the company informed about what is happening in the store
  • develop close relationships with all store associates
  • participate in in-store events
  • increase sales leads and sales revenue in your store unit
  • share weekly sales reports and lead reports with your store
  • answer product questions
  • educate all store associates on your products
  • communicate often with emails, post flyers, and face to face

General Info

  • Job Type: 15-20 hr per week Part Time - (10 am - 3 pm) - 3 of 4 Weekends required
  • Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 Year
  • Minimum Years of Education Required: High School/GED
  • Salary: $10 per hour plus spiffs and commissions
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Will be required to take and pass a drug and background screening
