Human Resources Administrator, Preform Solutions

Preform Solutions, Inc. is a Sioux Falls, SD based manufacturing company. Since 2001, the company has specialized in the production of superior quality products for the packaging industry for markets such as food and beverage, oil, pharmaceutical, automotive chemicals and cosmetics. Preform Solutions works with customers from design concept and prototyping all the way through to the actual production of their products.

As a growing company, we are in need of a knowledgeable, experienced HR Administrator to handle general human resource functions within our growing organization!

NOTE: This position could either be part-time (25-30 hours/week), or full-time if willing to assume other office/administrative responsibilities.

HR Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and screening applicants
  • Coordinating orientation and on-boarding
  • Assuring accurate time records and bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Administering compensation and benefit plans
  • Assisting with policy development, communications and performance management
  • Monitoring compliance with state and federal employment regulations
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documents and records

To be considered, you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR generalist experience required, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Effective organizational skills required
  • Strong office/technology skills required
