Job Summary: Assist in the development, implementation and betterment of organizational processes using Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology. Responsible to help assess current state and project viability, develop measures, forecast return on investment, and develop implementation and sustainability plans using cross-functional teams across a spectrum of business functions.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- College degree in Business Management or a related field, or at least three years’ experience in process development, implementation and/or management.
- Ability to accurately balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with others, work in a team setting.

- Work with the Operations Manager to investigate and make recommendations to review and identify opportunities to create efficiencies, cost savings and customer value enhancements.
- Assists with strategic initiatives, crossing business teams and operating groups to coordinate and complete projects, define performance, sustainability and ROI.
- Ability to make presentations to leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Supports, creates and delivers learning opportunities and classroom training.
- This position serves as a resource to others.
- Actively participate in programs and initiatives designed to enhance the overall good of the company, including sister company support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Primarily a stationary position for a considerable portion of the day (sitting and/or standing). The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
- Travel to project sites, or other APi Group company locations as needed.
- The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in plant environment.
- PPE required when in the plant, yard or construction areas include:
- Hard Hat
- Safely Glasses / Goggles
- Steel-toed boots
- Reflective vest
- Hearing protection (designated areas)
- Gloves
- Harness
