Well you are in luck. Here at Charles Gabus Ford we just launched a new compensation plan that pays $18 per hour! 

 

What You’ll Do:

You will guide customers through their journey of buying a vehicle. We want to build lifelong relationships and give them an experience they won’t forget. You’ll be trained on not only our products, but how to answer any customer questions and how to keep them coming back.

We want individuals that:

  • Love working with people
  • Enjoy assisting every customer they meet
  • Is a sales rockstar! You ask questions and listen carefully to learn what our customers wants
  • Knows our products. We offer a top of the line product, you just need to know how to bring customers in and make them come back
  • Love accessories and can market them!
  • Builds relationships with your customers. Your first impression is what counts. It just takes a genuine smile to make a lasting impression
  • Are organized and enjoy a team environment. Everyone, from the General Managers to your managers and your co-workers, are knowledgeable and available to add to your success.

 

Pay: $18 per hour! (ask us about our other pay plans)

 

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Will submit to a drug and background screening
