- Advanced Understanding of Integrated Automation and 3rd party APIs
- Have a working knowledge of building codes
- Have a working knowledge of construction and controls standards
- Create and communicate complete automation system design
- Manage Labor
- Execute upon labor hours and installation within the agreed upon amounts of the estimate
- Execute programming templates and standards as developed by Operations Manager
- Maintain positive relationships with Foremen and Crews
- Communicates project needs to PM and assists with scheduling
- Complete projects with little to no direction
- Execute upon PM directed project needs and customer expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years experience in integrated automation required (10+ years preferred)
- 8+ years experience programming and commissioning at least one of the following systems:
- Distech
- Tridium
- Honeywell
- Siemens
- Johnson Controls
- Schneider Electric
- Trane
- Automated Logic
- Delta
