Role Description: As part of a talented team of individuals, you will be tasked with developing, delivering and supporting server, network and security solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities: Overall accountability for this role includes but is not limited to:

  • Install, configure and maintain systems hardware, software and related infrastructure
  • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Lead and participate in assessments, project planning, and client meetings
  • Complete complex projects, coordinate workload across team and provide status updates
  • Participate in technical research and development; enabling continued advancement within IT
  • Work in the on-call rotation and provide support based on client schedules
  • Travel required

Education & Experience: 

Required:

  • Four-year college or two-year technical degree in related field
  • Comparable work experience will also be considered
  • 5 years of experience in system/network administration
  • Recent (within the last 5 years) experience at a Financial Institution (Bank, Credit Union)

Optional:

  • Network Monitoring/Management (WAN/LAN)
  • Virtual desktop (Citrix, View) experience
  • Network Design and Architecture
  • Firewall policy creation and maintenance
