Join our team of Toilet Geniuses! Lavelle Industries is a leading rubber and plastics manufacturer for the plumbing industry. We have a full-time positions available in our Burlington facility for production work. The right person for this position is someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and does not mind repetitive work or a factory environment.

Shifts Available:

• NO FIRST
• 2nd (3:00 pm- 11:00 pm)
• 3rd (11:00 pm- 7:00 am)
• Compressed Work Week Day (7:00 am- 7:00 pm) Every other weekend and two days during the week
• Compressed Work Week Night (7:00 pm- 7:00 am) Every other weekend and two days during the week

What will you be doing?

• Operation of machinery and material set-up, while being process-driven to complete tasks
• Loading machines with proper materials to produce quality products
• Follow standard work of processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow the proper usage and guidelines for safety equipment
• Remain organized to maintain a workable space, mature, detail-oriented and safety-driven individual
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to meet organizational objectives solo and with a team

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to understand and use measuring devices.
• Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets on a consistent basis.

Experience Requirements:

• None                                                                    

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
