Arco Comfort Air is looking to add to its growing network of independent contractors. We are on the hunt for skilled and reliable Punch Technicians and/or Maintenance Supervisors. Will be responsible for all “make ready” tasks to prepare vacant properties for move-in including: 

  • Drywall / Texture
  • Painting
  • Ceramic tile / Grout repair
  • Floor & Cove Base Repairs
  • Door Install / Repair
  • Ceiling Tiles
  • Appliance Installations
  • Cabinet Repair
  • Shelving
  • Pressure Washing
  • Trash removal
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Other areas as needed

Please note this position offers flexibility to work variable hours. Our independent contractors set their own schedules and work anywhere from 4 to 40 hours per week.

Pay: Very competitive pay consummates with experience
