Arco Comfort Air is looking to add to its growing network of independent contractors. We are on the hunt for skilled and reliable General Contractors. These additions to the Arco Comfort Air of Providers will be responsible for managing crews, observing all necessary inspections and visiting sites to plan, and estimate.

Responsibilities: 

• Visit the site, plan and estimate
• Apply for necessary permits
• Ensure all inspections are scheduled and conducted in a timely fashion
• Responsible for project oversight
• Meet all code requirements
• Perform basic tasks
• Observe all safety requirements and regulations at all times
• Provide consistent, regular project updates to crew and clients
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all code requirements
• Demonstrate a vast general knowledge of construction best practices

Please note this position offers flexibility to work variable hours. Our independent contractors set their own schedules and work anywhere from 4 to 40 hours per week.
