Job Description
Henningsen Const., Inc. in Atlantic, Iowa is looking to hire a Concrete Foreman for the Building Division.  Must have extensive knowledge and experience to ensure quality in commercial concrete construction which includes site preparation, subgrade preparation, layout, footings, wall and flat work forming, pouring and finishing concrete.  

Responsibilities include:  Managing a crew up to 5 employees efficiently and professionally, Organizing and coordinating daily activities including problem solving with minimal supervision, Knowledge in ordering materials and supplies needed on jobsite, Maintaining jobsite safety,Thorough understanding of blueprints and provide good instructions.  Some computer knowledge needed. Class A CDL license is required within 6 months of hire date.   Must be able to lift 75 lbs and pass a drug test.  Willing to train the right candidate.
