This team provides building managers and owners with the convenience of web-based controls— allowing optimal building performance while minimizing operating expenses.

- Execute programming templates and standards as developed by Operations Manager
- Maintain positive relationships with Foremen and Crews
- Assist PM in scheduling of project needs across all open work
- Execute on engineering and programming tasks to keep labor within budget
- Execute upon PM directed project needs and customer expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in building automation required
- 2+ years experience in temperature controls required
- 2+ years experience programming and commissioning at least one of the following systems:
- Tridium
- Honeywell
- Niagara
- Distech
- Johnson Controls
- Trane
- Automated Logic
- Delta
- Schneider Electric
- Siemens
