Job Responsibilities: Residential HVAC Service Technician - Mechanic and Maintenance

  • Maintenance and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Maintain a clean professional image and attitude

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have a fun personality and a strong desire to grow as technician
  • Enjoy working with people and have a desire to deliver world-class service
  • MINIMUM of 1+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems 
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Compensation: Earning Potential $45,000 - $100,000+

  • Based on ability and experience
  • Paid ongoing individual training
  • Take home a new truck fully stocked
