Job summary

The Customer Service Analyst role will focus on maintaining and continue to develop a QA/QC program that supports the delivery of quality services across the business, while ensuring compliance as it relates to customer specific contract requirements, service provider performance, and APi NSG internal tracking.   In this role, the successful candidate will interact and support fire safety compliance and facilities teams at client site.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Track the completion of inspections and receipt of inspection reports to ensure compliance
  • Review completed inspection reports to capture equipment/system counts, other site details, and document if deficiencies are identified for repairs.
  • Identify trends as it relates to quality of information and consider next steps to drive improvements to the review process so we can deliver a higher level of service.
  • Maintain customer-specific reporting requirements and deliver on KPIs associated with the QA/QC review process.
  • Resolve customer specific requests to ensure client maintains compliance with local jurisdiction authorities
  • Communicate and escalate information as needed
  • Collaborate with client to proactively assess expectations

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Telephone customer service aptitude
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills
  • Prioritization and management of multiple tasks
  • Dependable, accurate, and detail oriented
  • Posture to present to senior level leadership
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
  • Ability to work independently in authorized client location

  • Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
  • Normal business hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
