Mazzetti’s Lighting Design Studio provides lighting design services for all project types ranging from Healthcare, to Laboratories and Higher Education, to Hospitality to single family residential. The studio works on projects across the United States, as well International work.

Job Role

Mazzetti has an opportunity for an entry-level Lighting Designer. This person would have a basic understanding of and be able to perform basic lighting design, assist in the preparation of project lighting drawings and specifications, coordinate work within the Mazzetti team (including sustainability and LEED efforts) and with other disciplines, and participate in limited contract administration activities associated with construction phase services. The position would also require performing lighting calculations, energy analysis, renderings and presentation materials.

 Qualifications

  • Associate of Applied Science or a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical design engineering degree with an electrical or lighting emphasis.
  • One to three years of experience in the industry or educational background.
