The NHHEAF Network has been helping students and parents plan and pay for college since 1986, and funds generated by the Organizations' student loan operation allows us to fulfill our important mission, and to grow programs that benefit the citizens of New Hampshire.

NHHEAF is adding to its team and is seeking a VP, Lending Programs & Services to join us in Concord, NH. This position is responsible for the advancement and success of the organization’s non-Federal student lending programs to include marketing, loan origination, underwriting, servicing, portfolio management, and collections. 

The duties of this role include ongoing collaboration with the COO and members of the senior management team to guide product development, innovation, and implementation. 

Other duties include, but are not limited to: evaluation of current marketing channels and methods, motivating and guiding a high-performance team in order to ensure outstanding customer service and effective processes in all program areas, and having an active role in community events.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of consumer and/or commercial lending experience, of which a minimum of 5 years must be in a management role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization is required.

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The VP, Lending Programs & Services position is located on-site in Concord NH and may work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

This position supports a federal contract that requires applicants to be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance from the U.S. Government. This process will include a criminal and credit background check to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment.  US Citizenship may be required for a Public Trust security clearance to be considered.
