Granite State Management & Resources (GSM&R) has been helping students and parents plan and pay for college since 1986, and funds generated by the Organizations' student loan operation allows us to fulfill our important mission, and to grow programs that benefit the citizens of New Hampshire.
GSM&R is adding to its team and is seeking an experienced AVP, Enterprise Project Manager to join us in Concord, NH. This is an exciting and rewarding position that will aid in implementing and supporting our organization's strategic objectives and projects. Strong communication skills are a must as the candidate for this role will work closely with senior management, primarily the COO, to analyze, prioritize, plan, and execute a wide variety of projects as well as various other tasks as needed.
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, overseeing multiple projects from a portfolio perspective and/or managing multiple individual projects, working with third parties and vendors, cultivating best practices to help projects succeed, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
The best suited candidate for this position will hold either a PMP certification and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in conjunction with a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study. In addition, we request that interested candidates have at least 5-7 years in direct or transferable project management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with project management software, and proven ability to plan, implement, and coordinate organization wide projects.
The AVP, Enterprise Project Manager position is located on-site in Concord NH and may work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

This position supports a federal contract that requires applicants to be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance from the U.S. Government.
