Job Description

NETE is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management  Lead  to join our dynamic team at Rockville, MD. Responsibilities 
  • 3-5 years of experience with Organizational Change Management. Experience working with NIH or other federal agencies is highly preferable
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to lead discussions
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • The ability to exhibit professional diplomacy, while effectively relating to people at all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to plan and organize work activities; managing several tasks at once
  • Understands change management/business transformation methods and techniques, and how to integrate these techniques with project management
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio
  • Experience with implementing large scale organizational change efforts
  • Familiarity with project management techniques and documentation
  • Familiarity with ECM solutions is a plus
  • Exceptional Writing Skills
  • Strong Technical Writing Skills
  • Strong Presentation and Public Speaking Ability
  • Requirements Elicitation Methods (e.g. focus groups, interviewing, user story development, etc.)
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  • Business Case Development capability
  • Familiar with Project Management practices
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to effectively communicate across many channels with various stakeholders from the operations level to executives
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside the immediate project team
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, Organizational development/psychology, or related field
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or a Masters in Organizational Development or Masters Organizational Management, or Organizational Psychology Degree from an accredited university
  • Certified Change Management Professional Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Content Services Platforms such as OpenText Content Suite, Al Fresco, or Documentum
  • Prior experience working with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), or another HHS OpDiv
  • Familiarity in storing and accessing content on SharePoint sites as well as updating and maintaining user permissions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
