Job Description

Our Electronic Systems Integration group is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an Electronic Systems Project Manager for installation of:

  • Presentation and entertainment systems
  • Distributed audio and video systems
  • Commercial displays and digital signage
  • Conference room design and setup
  • Video projectors and screens
  • Access control systems and surveillance cameras
  • Automated control systems
  • Automated lighting and roller shades

What You'll Do

Working with your team, you will, among other things:

  • Lead a team of installers
  • Read and assist in design plan and scopes of work
  • Interact with customers and your team for a successful project
  • Coordinate with customers for installation and change management
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Manage day-to-day expectations for installer team
  • Manage project timeline and meet deadlines
  • Test and certify installed systems
  • Provide customer training and walkthroughs
  • Assist with installs when necessary
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet project goals and timelines
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on a customer's audio/video system
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately and efficiently complete job documentation
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of work vehicles
  • Loading and unloading

You Should Have

  • Servant Leader supervisory skills
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Advanced knowledge of the A/V industry, applicable skills, and best practices, along with a desire to keep up with changes and advancement in the industry
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand plan documents and scope of work
  • Industry certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds individually and team lift to 100 pounds
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Three to five years of experience in the A/V industry
  • Expert computer skills including, but not limited to, Windows 10 and Office products
