HR Works, Inc. is working on an exciting new project with a local financing industry.  This OD project will assist in improving their Learning and Development process as well as other strategic and unique projects.

DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Talent Development, Training Program Assessment, Recommendations, Planning & Execution:

  • Assess organizations current training and development programs.
  • Uncover and define training needs across the organization
  • Identify solutions for gaps.
  • Develop strategic plans for updating/upgrading training platforms in the future.
  • Project management support including developing roadmaps and timelines for project implementation, assisting with execution of project phases, providing regular communication and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Learning Management System search and selection. Provide implementation support and oversight.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Seven (7) years progressive Organization Learning and Development experience, including significant experience with Learning Management Systems and HCM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to research, analyze and make recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, change management, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business or related field strongly desired
  • APTD, CPTD certification or other related certifications desired (i.e. PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
