Job Description

Technicians are responsible for running, repairing and maintaining all drain cleaning equipment.  Technicians will be responsible for building relationships with coworkers and customers, ensuring growth of their personal customer base.  Up sale of goods and services to maximize the time at a job, and saving customers additional service calls.  Maintaining standards set forth by the department such as: tool lists, vehicle organization and standard material stock.  Maintaining the consistency of the group by working harmoniously with coworkers, providing the same product from employee to employee.  Creating an open work environment that encourages cooperation and team work, avoiding divisive behaviors.  Ensuring customer satisfaction on every job through communication and hard work.

Job Requirements

  • Has the knowledge to run, repair and maintain cable machines well, knowing what machine to use and when and what blade to use and when.
  • Be capable of basic plumbing repair such as: installing toilets, repairing toilets, installing kitchen and lavatory faucets and repairing of faucets
  • Has a basic knowledge of and ability to run jetting equipment, more experience preferable but required for commercial work.
  • Capable of, or willing to learn, running of camera inspection equipment to ensure that their job has been done efficiently or to a customer’s satisfaction.
  • Has low incident of warranty work, through efficiency; preventing lost time and lost revenue.

$33,904 - $56,513
