Job Description
As a Plumber in TLC’s Service Division, you will be responsible for providing customer focused service on a daily basis to ensure a safe work environment, high quality work and high rate of production.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of residential/light plumbing
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the service trade
- Strong Plumbing installation skills
- Aptitude and ability troubleshooting areas of Plumbing systems.
- Aptitude for sizing of Low/Med/High pressure systems
- Prepare cost estimates for repairs.
- Know state and local building codes.
- Determine material and equipment for a job.
- Install and repair pipes and fixtures.
- Inspect and test installed or repaired pipe systems and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues/find leaks.
- Repair and replace worn parts.
- Mandated safety training upon hire
- We will assist with journeyman licensing.
Salary $58,240 - $70,720
*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
