What you'll do:

As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct interviews on a wide variety of topics. You will conduct telephone interviews using a CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) System. You will interact with survey respondents in a polite and professional manner. You will participate in ongoing development through initial basic interviewer training, survey monitoring feedback, and other training programs.

This is an ONSITE position (no remote work available).

Never any Sales or Collections.

Skill Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
• Basic understanding of good customer service

Experience:

• No experience necessary. Paid Training provided.
•  Open to applicants under 18 years of age provided it is legally allowed for the job and location.

Schedules Available:

• Daytime Shifts Available. 25-40 hours per week, $10 per hour for the first 30 hours, then $12 per hour base pay.
• $12/hr after training period + Incentives and Bonuses
• Pick which days of the week you want to work
• Pick which shifts you can work 5-8 hours per shift
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) interviewers earn +$.50 premium on their base pay per hour.
