THE POSITION:

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You are customer-focused and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You are extremely organized, self-motivated, and understand the importance and significance of being the “first impression” of our office and team. You must be a self-starter and take initiative and have a can-do attitude. You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly. Tasks include, but are not limited to, administrative tasks, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling meetings and appointments. A high school diploma or GED is required. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. This position will be great for someone who wants to grow and build a career with a company - we will teach, train, and mentor you!
