Midwest Mechanical is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow the Public Sector Business
General Duties:
- Become a thought leader for Midwest K12 business.
- Grow and develop the Midwest Mechanical brand with K12 leaders such as superintendent and business managers throughout Northern IL.
- Leverage professional networks to discover opportunities for large scale building retrofits in the Northern Illinois K12 market space.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to generate initial meetings with Superintendents or Business Managers and then function as a part of a larger sales team in an effort to secure the sale.
- Attend K12 trade events to grow professional network with specially superintended and business managers.
- Work with Salesforce to track customer activity.
Requirements:

- College Degree
- Entry level sales training preferred
- 1-2 years of high volume sales or marketing activity
