Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Grounds and Maintenance activities
  • Shipping and Receiving activities
  • Parts running for Shop and Operations
  • Assisting the Fleet Coordinator with fleet related functions
  • Other Operations Support functions as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Minimum of 4 years of grounds and maintenance experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must be a self-started and can handle multiple projects and tasks.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
