Executive Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Executive Administrator to support our executive group in a timely and professional manner.  You will provide high quality assistance to top level executives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you should be proactive, meet deadlines, communicate effectively and be familiar with office management technologies.  It is our policy to provide and maintain safe and healthful working conditions for all employees and make a positive impact on the environment.

What Do You Offer Us?

  • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to executives
  • Attend career fairs and perform other recruiting tasks
  • Process documentation and prepare reports for staffing, recruiting, training etc.
  • Assist in coordination for recruiting efforts and community outreach
  • Ability to represent the company and interface with the public in a professional manner
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate daily calendars for senior managers
  • Organize and execute quarterly management meetings and activities
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Create standard company reports and update internal databases as needed
  • Completes operational requirements on additional projects as requested by senior leadership  
  • Other duties as required

What is Required?

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Work Experience with recruiting and job fairs
  • Exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work
