Summary:
Supervises the servers, bartenders and server assistants and assists with hiring, training and supervising all front of the house food and beverage associates. Ensures that a high level of service is consistently delivered to our membership and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure proper staffing levels for our indoor and outdoor dining areas including the Salt and Oak Restaurant, The Bistro and Tiki Bar Salt and Oakr.
- Maintain proper inventory levels by assisting with end of the month inventories for beer wine and liquor, as well as china glass and silver when needed.
- Meet or exceed budgeted financial goals. Monitor and maintain budgeted payroll, beverage and other costs associated with the daily operation.
- Know all opening and closing procedures for food and beverage.
- Have a full understanding of food and beverage computerized programs, preferably Jonas.
- Assist in the design, promotion and execution of all F & B related events and activities.
- Provide training and a positive work environment for all servers, bartenders and server assistants. Follow the F & B training manual/sequence of service.
- Hold pre-shift meetings with staff prior to each meal period.
- Provide a safe and sanitary work environment for all guests, members and staff. Check the maintenance of all equipment in all outlet’s and reports deficiencies.
- Any other duties as directed by the General Manager.

Education/Experience:
Minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 5 years of food and beverage experience with two years as a supervisor. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential. Must be a team player and member service oriented.
Job Type/Work Hours: This is a fulltime, exempt position. It requires to work mostly afternoon and evening hours. It may fluctuate depending on the needs of the guests and members.
