This position is responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of all Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork, systems, and equipment at the job site. Must be a true leader who develops high performing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of employees ensuring top quality work is produced on schedule, in budget, and most importantly, safety 1st !
- Perform quality sheet metal installation of commercial and industrial projects. Projects such as:
- Municipal Buildings
- Schools, Colleges
- Hospitals
- Data Centers
- Multi-Story Offices & Hotels
- Tilt Wall Warehouses
- Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Ensure two-way communication to and from the GC, job site to your supervisor.
- Order, Receive, Verify and Organize HVAC materials/equipment/rentals needed for the job.
- Participating in company provided training opportunities and meetings.
- Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes.
Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in installation of all Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems and equipment, including but not limited to:
- RTU’s
- VRF Systems
- VAV’s / FPB
- AHU’s
- Louvers
- Split Systems
- Chilled Water Systems
- Ability to run work and manage crews up to 20 men, to set the pace of the project to outperform project schedule and minimize the budget impact and durations onsite.
- Proficient in English, Spanish a plus.
- Ability to Learn or use Software including:
- Revu Bluebeam
- Field Ease time entry
- Site Docs (Submitting Pre-Task and Daily reports)
- Prior experience & knowledge in using:
- Microsoft Office, i.e.. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Knowledge experience, and competent in the use of:
- Telehandlers
- Aerial platforms
- Boom lifts
- Ladders
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Additional Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid social security number
- Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company
- Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
