Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA’s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have exciting opportunities available for highly motivated and skilled individuals who will perform tasks involving underground utility installation on residential and commercial job sites in a 70 mile radius of Reading, PA.  These utilities include but are not limited to storm, sewer and water main installations. Each position has excellent potential for growth and advancement. 3+ years of experience is preferred. 

Immediate Pipe Crew Positions:

• Pipe Crew Loader Operator
• Pipe Crew Excavator Operator 
• Pipelayer

The ideal candidate is expected to do or learn the following:

• Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites
• Perform manual/physical labor/lift at least 50 pounds
• Work in varied weather and site conditions including confined spaces
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Understand basic math and ability to read a tape measure
• Understanding or willingness to learn pipe materials, blue prints, cut sheets, transit, level and laser
