The scope of Hubbard's work includes complex highway projects, site development, paving, utility and drainage systems, surveying, RAP and hot mix sales, and state-of-the-art bridge building. General Description Performs any combination of duties on construction projects usually working in a utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require a team member with varied experience and ability. 

  • Maintain heavy equipment, fuel, oil and lube;
  • CDL A License;
  • Acceptable driving record a must;
  • Hazmat and tanker endorsement;
  • Flexible work schedule;
  • Heavy physical effort required. Ability to lift 0 to 50 pounds occasionally for hand work; Must be able to stand, bend, stretch for extended periods of time; ability to bend crouch and climb on and off the equipment repetitively; Use hands, arms and legs fully, acceptable vision (either naturally or with corrective lens);

 

Physical Demand:

Constant physical effort required. Ability to lift 0 to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds; Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; ability to stoop, bend, crouch, walk and climb on and off equipment, or stable work site repetitively when required with  use of hands, arms and legs fully.

Continuous mental and visual attention required to complete tasks in efficient manner involving repetitive or diversified work requiring alertness to activity. Flexible work schedule as required by project. Working conditions will consist of exposure to grease, noise, dust, and dirt of the construction project or shop.
