  Job Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently and work well in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work and exhibit initiative to meet deadlines
• Experience with testing and testing concepts
• Experience working in a data-intensive environment preferred
• Experience working with technical design documents preferred
• SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
• Proficiency with Excel-based reporting and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound data exchange
• Trouble-shoot data issues and work proactively to resolve them
• Support customer requests and inquiries
• Test system enhancements and bug fixes
• Support production deployment activities
• Contribute to process improvement activities
