Primary Duties

  • Maintain and improve Azure to on-premise LDAP and related services.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Pasadena office operations and Tier 2 support for all offices.
  • Manage and improve Azure server and SQL services including general resource management.
  • Maintain and provide Tier 2 support for network services working with the Support Specialist.
  • Deploy hardware for users and job sites for California operations.
  • Manage GPO and software deployment in a Microsoft environment.
  • Track and maintain IT assets and deployment leveraging SysAid based asset management.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Meraki and PRTG monitoring systems in conjunction with the Support Specialist.
  • Working with the IT Manager, provide recommendations to continuously improve Abbott's server and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain ongoing documentation for all systems and standards in the IT Wiki.
  • Maintain and improve Abbott's Microsoft 365 services and integration.
  • Provide support according to agreed SLA.
  • Support and demonstrate the core values and expectations of Abbott Construction for customer support and satisfaction.
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ’s resources to assist with end users' issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • 3+ years working in help desk or end user support
  • 1-2 years' experience working with LDAP in an Azure environment
  • Experience working with LAN/WAN networking (L3/L2) in a multi-location environment
  • 1-2 years' experience with administration of Office 365 platform
