About the Job:

The Implementation Supervisor is responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the software implementation process. This includes but is not limited to the following system modules: Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Benefits Management, ACA, Learning Management, Performance Management, and Time & Labor Management.  This position demands both high attention to detail and the ability to think holistically, to boost client satisfaction from the moment they engage the company.  A positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to communicate and a desire to find creative solutions to problems are required. This goal requires interaction with multiple departments to ensure a positive client experience.

The Implementation Supervisor is responsible for the successful implementation of clients on Arcoro products, including daily management and supervision of the Implementation Team.  The Supervisor of Implementation reports to the Senior Manager of Implementation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Accomplish department objectives by supervising world-class implementation team, successfully organizing and monitoring the work processes 
  • Manage resources to facilitate project deliverables
  • Create, implement and maintain successful transition of client implementation across the Arcoro brand
  • Oversight of implementation concerning timing, budget, and quality
  • Implementation, refinement, and ongoing monitoring of client health score
  • Ensure all client-initiated and internal escalations are resolved
  • Implement and maintain project management software to track & report across Arcoro client implementations
  • Create, monitor, deliver, and meet monthly metrics with the implementation of standard training curriculums, implementation checklists, guides, and processes
  • New team member onboarding, training, and ongoing development
  • Conduct quality performance reviews and provide documented feedback to improve employee performance surveys (post-implementation, NPS, etc.), analyze findings, and produce action plans to drive improvements
  • Communicate key information via appropriate channels to ensure employees are informed of performance, product, process, and company policy updates
  • Promote and maintain Arcoro culture throughout the Implementation Team

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-years’ experience in Implementation Management, Project Management, and/or Product Training role with a minimum of three years in leadership  
  • Experience with client success methodology and best practices 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
