We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager at our downtown Madison, WI office.  As the Accounting Manager, you will be integral in facilitating efficient financial operations at Findorff. Previous supervisory experience is required as you will lead a team of experienced accounting professionals.  Strong communication skills, learning agility, and a sense of urgency will be necessary, as well as a customer service mindset to provide support and guidance to internal customers at Findorff.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting, finance or business management from an accredited college or university
  • CPA is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting and finance preferably in the construction industry
  • Supervisory experience or experience that ensures the quality of work delivered by others
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, tax planning, job costing and auditing
