  • Enter daily accounting transactions for cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory
  • Enter general journal entries into accounting system
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Generate routine monthly reports for management
  • Assist with month-end financial statement closing
  • Provide analysis as requested by management
  • Position accounting software so it is put to the best use for the organization
  • Develop financial processes and procedures

4+ years book-keeping/general accounting experience

Has experience with accounting software

Use a 10-key efficiently

Strong knowledge of Excel

Good communicator, able to work with different personalities and enjoys working with others
