Responsibilities:
- Enter daily accounting transactions for cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory
- Enter general journal entries into accounting system
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly
- Generate routine monthly reports for management
- Assist with month-end financial statement closing
- Provide analysis as requested by management
- Position accounting software so it is put to the best use for the organization
- Develop financial processes and procedures

Qualifications:
4+ years book-keeping/general accounting experience
Has experience with accounting software
Use a 10-key efficiently
Strong knowledge of Excel
Good communicator, able to work with different personalities and enjoys working with others
