Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative and strategic Demand Generation/Revenue Growth Manager to develop B2B demand generation campaigns that will drive net new lead and opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration and bookings for our SMB market segments. As part of the Revenue Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with corporate marketing, product marketing and SMEs. You must be able to work independently and be highly productive. The Gig:
Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative, integrated campaigns for key buyers and influencers based on personas throughout the buyer’s journey across various markets that fall into the SMB segment
- Develop quarterly demand generation strategy, plans and programs to support the segment revenue growth objectives through net new qualified opportunities, increasing pipeline velocity and driving net new revenue for the segment
- Along with Revenue Marketing VP, lead regular interlock strategy sessions with segment sales leaders and field teams to forecast, plan, execute, and track effective marketing campaigns that drive revenue
- Optimize campaign mix to meet goals and metrics based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact
- Consistent assessment of planned and active marketing campaigns and demonstrated ability to identify further opportunities to engage segmented audiences
- Collect and segment data to inform new campaigns and strategies
- Develop testing plan to track and analyze program execution to ensure we are meeting and exceeding campaign objectives as well as constantly learning and optimizing our processes and future campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials and related communications within marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the Arcoro brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Educate and equip our Field Sales and BDR partners to leverage these campaigns and ensure that there is consistent follow-up and a feedback loop across the teams
- Collaborate with Revenue Marketing leadership and Marketing Operations to define, test, report, and interpret analytic results for all campaigns. Leverage analytical insights to drive effective decisions.
What you'll need to make the cut:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 – 7 years demand gen experience preferably in B2B technology or SaaS, especially the SMB market
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations based on data
- Creative problem solver and ability to develop and execute marketing plans that meet specified ROI, campaign and revenue objectives (portfolio will be reviewed during interview process)
- Demonstrated fluency in creating integrated campaigns that include digital marketing (email, PPC, ABM, social media, paid social), online events and live events and other channels
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same
- Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects
- Experience with Account Based Marketing best practices
- Strong written and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SFDC campaigns, Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform), campaign tracking, reporting, dashboards and KPIs
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com or Wrike to traffic manage the end-to-end campaign development and execution process
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
