Job Role

This candidate will represent the Service Specialties, Inc. as a marketing agent of products, services, sales and monthly promotions at a major retail outlet by providing first contact with potential customers, providing information on heating and cooling products and services, and coordinating the appointment process with the Sales Representative. We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, self-motivated, and can successfully work independently. This position is great for those who like having control over their earning potential. This position will have a base hourly pay plus bonus on all leads set in-store. There will also be opportunity for additional bonuses for goals met! With all pay, you can easily make $25+ per hour!

Position is located in Chantilly, VA.

Job Expectations:

• Flexible Schedule with Part Time availability on weekday afternoons, and weekends are required
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Travel to designated retail store and perform independently
• Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decision for Service Specialties products and services
• Communicate with Sales Representative daily in regards to leads generated and updates
• Effectively communicates with potential customers
• Use iPad to enter in customer information accurately

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Need to be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Must have some retail or sales experience
