Are you someone who can apply your skills, knowledge, management skills and knowledge of the commercial diving industry as a senior project manager on our Underwater Services team?  If so, then we want you to join our team in the East Coast Division in North Kingstown, RI.

Do you have what it takes to lead a team of experienced commercial divers to accomplish underwater work on bridges, dams, industrial facilities, piers, docks, pipelines and vessels?

  • Knowledge and understanding of the diving industry
  • 5 to 10 years of working experience within the construction field, heavy civil, railroads, bridges, marine and offshore
  • Wide Range of Diving Knowledge; In Shore, Coastal, & Offshore Ops. Deep Work & Production Related Dive Work experience a significant plus.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, support & manage teams throughout projects from inception thru execution.
  • Develop a working knowledge of project costs to effectively forecast project costs at completion, assist in planning, scheme development and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Utilize adaptive management techniques to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Work closely with superintendents, diving crew foremen and other Brennan team members to identify and resolve all project claims
