As a Program Supervisor, you will work within our Children's Mobile Response program. Children's Mobile Response is a 24 hour service providing in-home crisis intervention to Camden County youth ages 5-21.
Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours
Responsibilities:
•Overall clinical supervision of the program to include weekly supervision with assigned Children’s Intervention Specialists;
•Planning, developing and evaluating the clinical effectiveness of the program;
•Review of clinical assessments completed by staff;
•Researching prior diagnoses for children coming into program and ensuring it is entered in electronic record for billing purposes;
•Maintaining positive working relationships with community agencies;
•Participation in company committees; active participant in program’s management team;
•Demonstrating the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to provide guidance to staff to ensure a high quality of service to our consumers;
•Responsible for on call rotation with two Program Coordinators;
•Meets CSOC and Agency deadlines for completion of work.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or equivalent with 3.5 years experience in behavioral health
- LSW or LAC required
- Experience with children and families preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
