Job Summary

Review and test games at many stages of development from an early prototype stage through the end of the development cycle.  Provide additional support to company personnel, including computer maintenance, software and hardware installation.

Responsibilities

• Play test development and prototype game builds in a timely manner, throughout the game development cycle on multiple platforms.
• Identify and report bugs using well written and comprehensive descriptions, photos, and videos.
• Thoroughly review and test game builds to verify bug fixes have been implemented.
• Configure Electronic Game Machines (EGMs) with appropriate games and features, and periodically move EGMs.
• Create and archive game reference documents, images, and videos.
• Maintain and document hardware and software for EGMs to ensure proper functionality and presentation.
• Monitor and respond to IT help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist the IT department with setting up new computers, software and hardware installations, and interoffice moves.
• Maintain a high-quality standard of work throughout all aspects of the job.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized, assist with event setup and cleanup, run errands as needed.

Qualifications Required

• High school or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Technical computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to assist in moving EGMs (up to 400lbs) with tools and assistance.
• Quick learner.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• A passion for video games.
