JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for working with Sales/PM’s to issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Submit invoices into customer invoicing management web sites.
  • Update customer files with issued invoices.
  • Update the customer master file with contact information.
  • Manage and facilitate billing timelines using service order report.
  • Oversee service billing tracker and verify/follow-up to make sure issues being addressed.
  • Responsible for processing credits/re-bills and responding to customer concerns relating to service bills.
  • Take credit card payments and apply to applicable outstanding invoice.
  • Assist with answering calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good oral, written and telephone skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft products
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid driver’s license

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office environment with moderate noise level
  • May require opening of heavy file cabinets with bending, stooping or kneeling to file
  • May require light lifting of storage boxes, packages to be mailed, etc.
  • Will require consistent time spent on the computer and phone throughout the day
