SEEKING PART TIME TOILET GENIUSES! Lavelle Industries is a leading rubber and plastics manufacturer for the plumbing industry. We have part-time positions available in our Burlington facility for assembly and packaging work - PERFECT FOR HIGH SCHOOL (16+), COLLEGE OR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR EXTRA INCOME! The right person for this position is someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and does not mind repetitive work or a factory environment. This is the perfect part-time opportunity for  someone in high school/College who is looking to make a contribution, has a good work ethic, and likes to have regular attendance at their jobs. 

Hours:

  • 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • 2nd shift: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd shift: 11:00PM - 3:00 AM
  • 3rd shift: 3:00 AM - 7:00AM

What will you be doing?

  • Inspecting, assembling, and packaging a variety of different rubber products.
  • Contributing to our safe environment by following safety procedures and making suggestions.
  • This position is for Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday. Hours are 3 - 7 PM. 

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to understand and use measuring devices.
  • Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets on a consistent basis.

Experience Requirements:

  • None, this is a learning opportunity!                                                                    

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 16 years of age and able to work in a normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
