We’re a small Directional Drilling company that produces big results. Our labor force is almost perfect, but let’s be honest – we’re just growing so fast, we need additional support to keep up with the demands of our customers.

We need a knowledgeable and skilled field crew member to join our team.  Whether you have some experience in the construction industry, or none at all, this could be the position for you. 

We are looking for individuals who have an interest in leading and teaching others someday. We foster a positive company culture and want our employees to feel like they are a part of a family. This is a hands on position in the directional drilling industry that includes working outside in the elements. If you dislike being stuck at a desk with the same scenery, then this is the position for you! CDL is preferred but not required. Must be willing to train with us to obtain CDL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • General Labor work
  • Locating and spotting for utilites
  • Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
  • Assist crew members on-site
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment
  • Use power tools and machinery when needed
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
  • Put up warning signs (e.g. signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
  • Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

General Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of education and/or experience
• Excellent oral communications and written skill
• Strong work ethic
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to meet our insurance providers qualifications

  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety rules
  • Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary

The Details:

40 hours/ week

Salary is based on knowledge and experience. Range is $16-$25

You will be eligible to the following benefits after 90 days:

  • 40 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) Starts accruing after 90 days
